Saturday 10th October was World Mental Health Day 2020 and it was the most important one yet. This year has been a tough one for all of us. The months of lockdown, loss, and uncertainty had a huge impact on our mental health.

This year’s theme for World Mental Health Day 2020 was ‘Do one thing for better mental health’. Therefore, in Year 3 we thought about different ways to improve and sustain our mental health.
