Mr Kwame fitness challenge!

For this week’s workout, you have to do star jumps for 30 seconds, 10 lunges on each leg and  jump over an object side to side for 30 secs, do all of the exercises for 5 rounds. Your challenge this week is to do the chair against the wall for as long as you can, do it as a family and tell us  how many family members are doing it. Add all of your times together and your teachers will average out your family score, we will post the winning family on the website as the family PE stars of the week.
