This morning was the Nursery assembly and re retold the story of the Gigantic Turnip in our own words.

The Old Woman and the Grandpa planted carrots, potatoes, beans, peas and a turnip, which grew very large and needed pulling up.

After telling our story we then brought our baby chicks out. Some of the children carried them to show the rest of the school.

The children enjoyed presenting our assembly and we hope you enjoyed watching it.
